illustration: DALL-EThe PR market in Poland is growing faster than ever. The latest PR Agency Ranking in Poland 2025, prepared by the Widoczni agency in cooperation with the Media Monitoring Institute (IMM), provides a full picture of the industry and shows how teams and media visibility of public relations firms are evolving. Data from LinkedIn, Google, and media monitoring systems offer insight into which agencies are growing and which are slowing down.
Largest PR teams. Leaders strengthen their position
The top ten in the ranking confirms the stable dominance of major players. Valkea Media remains the largest agency in Poland with 98 collaborators, followed by 24/7Communication with a team of 92. This data, gathered by Widoczni and IMM, confirms that large organizations are steadily expanding their structures. We also see some dynamic growth, like TAILORS Group, which increased its team by 16 people year over year.
There are also interesting regional examples on the market. EXACTO from Rzeszów and Ancymony from Kraków show that a growing number of firms outside Warsaw are building professional teams. This is a sign that PR skills are spreading across the country, not just in major communication centers.

After analyzing this data, it`s clear that LinkedIn remains an important tool for the industry, though the report`s authors note the influence of changes in how employees linked to company profiles are verified.
Team strength. PR specialists
The number of employees matters, but it`s the share of PR experts that shows the real focus of a company. The latest data from Widoczni and IMM shows that the most PR specialists in Poland work at 24/7Communication (31), K Group (40), and Big Picture, where 73% of the team works directly in PR. This is a strong sign that some agencies are building very specialized structures.
| Agency | Number of PR Specialists | Team Share |
|---|---|---|
| K Group | 40 | 48% |
| 24/7Communication | 31 | 34% |
| Big Picture | 19 | 73% |
| dfusion communication | 19 | 54% |
| 38 Content Communication | 21 | 54% |
| Lighthouse Polska | 15 | 47% |
We can see how different the team-building strategies are. Some agencies expand broadly, adding support roles, while others - like Big Picture or 38 Content Communication - focus on a strong core of experts.
Media visibility. Who speaks the loudest
The report by Widoczni in collaboration with IMM also reveals the media distribution of power. PRCN recorded as many as 1436 publications in 2025 and became the leader, even though it ranks only in the third dozen in terms of team size. Next are On Board Think Kong (1368 publications) and 38 Content Communication (1236).
This result clearly shows that team size doesn`t always translate into media strength. The examples of PRCN and 38 Content Communication confirm that strategic PR efforts can ensure high media presence with relatively small resources.
TOP 5 agencies by number of publications according to IMM:
- PRCN - 1436
- On Board Think Kong - 1368
- 38 Content Communication - 1236
- Garden of Words - 1181
- 24/7Communication - 1138
In addition to publication count, IMM also analyzed the number of featured publications. In this category, the leader was On Board Think Kong with 796 pieces, showing full presence in top national and industry media.
Although the analyses by Widoczni and IMM show impressive media activity from agencies, Google reviews remain modest. Most firms have fewer than 20 ratings, confirming that in B2B relations, this channel is rarely used for communication. An exception is Garden of Words with over 1000 reviews.
On social media, LinkedIn remains the most important platform. The most followers are held by Ancymony (3757), InnerValue (3207), and K Group (3013). On Instagram, Big Picture stands out, having exceeded 3900 followers.
